Ursino Castle

Next to the building stands the impressive Ursino Castle, an ancient 13th-century Swabian fortress, now home to the city’s civic museum. It is one of the few historic buildings that remained intact after the devastating earthquake of 1693.

Fontanarossa Airport

Just 3.5 km from Catania Fontanarossa Airport, City-in-Hostel B&B welcomes you with the convenience of being right in the city, ready to experience the rhythm, colours and energy of Catania from the very first moment.

Port of Catania

The hostel is located next to the famous fish market “a piscaria”, one of the most characteristic and lively places in Catania, where every morning you can breathe in the true Sicilian atmosphere among the scents, colours and local voices.

Piazza Duomo

Just 250 metres away is Piazza Duomo, with the Cathedral of Sant’Agata and the famous “Liotru”, the lava stone elephant statue that is the symbol of the city.
